the location
the mattress was awful and seriously needs replacing, the room was off the lobby and you could hear everything especially at 6am, the shower was not hot enough, they only provided one towel, the patio was virtually useless, the breakfast was awful and I just had a cold cup of coffee

The staff were kind ant was located in a fine are of town
hot water comes out in abundance which means it runs out quickly when many guests shower at the same time. The rooms are poorly sound insulated and you can hear loudly and clearly whispers from the corridors
